ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using services from GLAMORNATE - Home Salon Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced here.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Clients must provide accurate information when booking appointments through GLAMORNATE - Home Salon Services's website. Payment can be made at the time of booking or after the services, and clients are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the service.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments within a specified time frame without incurring additional fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

SERVICE CONDUCT

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and cooperatively during the service. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the service, and clients may be responsible for the full service fee.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable and safe environment for the service, including access to electricity and water if needed. Clients with pets must ensure they are properly secured during the service.

RIGHTS OF BEAUTICIAN & RIDERS

GLAMORNATE - Home Salon Services reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GLAMORNATE - Home Salon Services, its affiliates, beauticians and riders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

INDEMNIFICATION

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLAMORNATE - Home Salon Services, its affiliates, beauticians and riders from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAWS

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

GLAMORNATE - Home Salon Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any changes.
